Limited Warranty

We assure your satisfaction!

For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, Child Safe undertakes to repair or replace (at its discretion) all or part of any fence that becomes unfit for use resulting from any manufacturing defect, whether in the synthesis, aluminium and PVC mesh, the posts or any other materials used. Defects of a purely esthetic nature are not covered by this warranty.

Although the fence is designed to resist to Quebec winter conditions, Child Safe cannot guarantee the fence against the excessive atmospheric conditions : extreme snow accumulation, snow propelled by snow clearing machinery or significant accumulation of black ice, whose the weight couls put undue pressure against the fence.

​The warranty does not apply for situations of extreme wind, storm, tornado or any naturel disaster.

This warranty applies under normal and non-abusive conditions (Exclusions : damages caused by animal, tools,
cuts, etc.)

Child Safe cannot guarantee the fence against the consequences caused by ground movements, freezing-thaw action, paving stones, all unstable surfaces.

The original purchaser of the product is solely responsible for regularly inspecting the fence and must immediately report, in writing, to Child Safe any breakage or manufacturing defect of the product and must take all necessary precautions to prevent and minimize damage or deterioration of the fence.

If tests carried out by Child Safe show that the fence has been subjected to abnormal concentrations chemical, sea salt or other oxiding agents that the fence has been installed in a non-recommended environment, if it has been damaged by animals, trimmer or used improperly, this limited warranty and any other express warranty will be null and void.

If necessary, in its judgement, Child Safe will determine if the fence has been abused or has been improperly used or if it is unfit for the use for which it was designed.

​This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
